Connect Central is located in the heart of downtown Bradenton just steps away from the Manatee County Courthouse, Bradenton City Hall, Manatee County Government offices, the famous Bradenton Riverwalk and a variety of locally-owned restaurants, retailers, hotels & nightlife.

Connect Central’s reception desk and meeting rooms are accessible during business hours, which are Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. 

We are closed on most federal holidays. That means there is no access to the shared workspace or mail pick up services. If our members have scheduled meetings or require access to the building on these days, we ask that they contact us in advance to make arrangements. We do our best to accommodate all requests.

Personalized key-codes that allow members to access our workspace 24 hours a day are included with private office membership and can be added to co-working and reserved desk memberships for an additional fee.  After hours meetings requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and can be subject to additional fees.

Small, Standard & Premium Meeting Rooms are available. Our meeting rooms are customizable to accommodate as few as 2 people, and as many as 30. 

Our flexible workspace options are perfect for interviews, consultations, team meetings, lunch and learns, presentations, trainings, mediations, depositions & more!

We have flexible workspace solutions that can accommodate groups from 2 people to 30 people.

Our meeting rooms come standard with or can be upgraded to include hosted receptions, WiFi, large TV/monitors, whiteboards, teleconferencing, filtered water, coffee/tea, premium beverage services, catering, print/scan/copy, notary services & more.

Free parking is available in our adjoining lot is for members. We have a limited number of visitor spaces available as well. 

Free two-hour parking is available on most streets downtown. For extended parking hours, the city parking garage is located on 12th Street W. between 6th and 8th Ave. W (223 spaces). across the street from the Connect Central building. Public parking is available on the first two levels at a cost of $0.25 per half hour. Bring quarters to feed the parking meters and pay stations, as change is not available. Phones can be provided for teleconferencing in our meeting rooms at an additional cost.

Phone services are available for reserved desk and private office members. The cost to add that service is $50.00 per month per user + applicable sales tax. Includes activated LAN & monthly access. Includes a 941-local number. Toll Free Number available at additional charge. Use your current business phone number (subject to verification and additional fee). Month-to-Month Agreements (30-day notice for cancellation required). Features include: mobile &/or desktop app, virtual receptionist, virtual fax, VM transcription &/or audio email attachments, & MORE!

Yes!  Reserve your day pass online, stop in during business hours or give us a call. 

Yes! Through Anytime Mailbox, we offer virtual mailboxes that can be managed with a few clicks from anywhere in the world.

Our building is ADA accessible, as are all our workspaces.

Our onsite cafe partner, Kefi Streetside Cafe, offers Buddy Brew Coffee and specialty teas in addition to a variety of options for breakfast or lunch.  Additionally, there are a number of locally-owned restaurants offering lunch just steps away on Old Main Street.

Onsite catering is available via Kefi Streetside Cafe (opened in November 2021, catering menu coming soon) or you may choose to bring in your own food & beverage from any local provider.
